This is a cross between a string thong and the triangle thong.   Material extends the full front-to-back.  We now include two gold or silver rings on the front and the back to support the waist band.  

 

This is not a micro thong.  Here are the sizes measured at the top of the front patch triangle:

 

XS: 2.5 in

 

Small: 3 in

 

Medium: 4 in

 

Large and bigger: 5 in
